Hrithik Roshan's determined stare into space, coupled with the grungy appearance stand out in the first look posters of Vikas Bahl's Super 30. Released by Hrithik on Teachers' Day, the posters capture the theme of a determined teacher seeking to topple the status quo of a bourgeouis education system. The film is produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Phantom Films, and Reliance Entertainment.

The three first look posters are armed with the tagline 'Ab raja ka beta raja nahi banega (The son of a king will no longer become a king)'. The tagline seems to suggest the status quo of an education system that only allowed students from rich families to pay their way into engineering colleges.

Incidentally, Hrithik was among the names thrown around when the nepotism controversy hit the Hindi film industry in 2016.

The film was earlier based on the success story of Anand Kumar, renowned teacher, but the makers have reportedly changed the script to remove all references to Kumar after he was accused of overstating his contribution.

The second and third posters capture this particular sentiment, with a crowd of students joining their teacher in the picture. With their faces and hands coloured, the picture looks to be one where the entire class is celebrating holi.

It is telling that the actor chose to release the poster to celebrate Teachers' Day, which fits in with the film based on a dedicated and determined teacher's struggle against the system.

The film also stars Mrunal Thakur, and is set to be released on 25 January 2019.
