The film, to be directed by Milka S Selvakumar, will also feature actress Manisha Yadav and comedian Yogi Babu.

Actor-cinematographer Natarajan Subramaniam's next Sandi Muni will go on floors tomorrow (27 September) at the temple town of Palani in Tamil Nadu.

Subramaniam, who also takes time to act in between the cinematography assignments, shot to fame as an actor after Sathuranka Vettai (2014) became a superhit. He is known for both his acting and cinematography skills. As a cinematographer, he has worked in several Hindi films including Jab We Met (2007), Love Aaj Kal (2009), Raanjhanaa (2013) and Holiday (2014).

Sandi Muni, to be directed by Milka S Selvakumar, a long term associate of actor-director Lawrence Raghavendra, will feature Manisha Yadav as the heroine and comedian Yogi Babu in an important role.

"Work on our film is to begin in Palani tomorrow (27 September). The film will belong to the horror-comedy genre. Natraj plays Sandi, a civil engineer in the film while Manisha plays Radhika, a  teacher. The film's plot is about the fight between an evil spirit and a woman and how this character of Sandi gets trapped in between," Selvakumar informed.

The director also added that he intends to shoot the entire film in 45 days.

"We will be shooting in Pollachi, Palani, Udumalaipet and all the neighbouring places for this film," he said, adding that stunt master Super Subbarayan will be playing the villain in the film.

The film's music will be composed by AK Rishal Sai and cinematography will be handled by Senthil Rajagopal.
