Ajay Devgn tweets out Kajol's phone number, gets trolled

Actor Ajay Devgn accidentally posted the personal number of his wife, actress Kajol on his Twitter account today.

"Kajol not in country.. co-ordinate with her on WhatsApp 98*****300," Devgn tweeted.

It seems like the actor inteded to send the tweet as a direct message, but posted it on the public platform. However, with a film coming up, it could well be a publicity stunt for Kajol.

Twitter users were quick to catch the faux pas, and mocked the actor for the post.

Most of the banter was created out of Devgn promoting a gutkha (savoury powder meant for chewing) brand.

Some of the tweets were quite hilarious.

This user said that the act was a side effect of chewing too much gutkha.

"Sir gutkha kam khaya karo, dimag control mei nahi rehta," said this user.

"Dimag kesari ho gaya lagta hai", tweeted another.

This user found it a perfect opportunity to mock Kajol for his Dilwale (2015) experience.

I'm just taking my revenge. I paid 250 for Dilwale,' said one Babu Bisleri.

This person even sent a WhatsApp message to the actress.

Some users alerted Kajol to get Devgn admitted to a rehab centre.

This user used the gaffe to create a feud between the couple.

And this one called for Kajol to punish her husband.

The tweet was not deleted even after more than an hour.

Recently, Twitter had sent a direct message to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap asking him to remove a tweet wherein he had posted the number of Eros International chairman Kishore Lulla.

Kajol will soon be seen in Helicopter Eela to be released on 12 October.
