Amitabh Bachchan is the determined Khudabaksh in Thugs Of Hindostan: Motion poster

After revealing the logo of Thugs Of Hindostan, producers Yash Raj Films have released a motion poster on Amitabh Bachchan’s character Khudabaksh in the film. 

The video has Bachchan’s character at sea, bravely standing on a ship. The images of the ship and the roaring dark clouds look creative. Like the video that introduced the logo, the background score of the motion poster, too, gives a grand feeling. However, one is also reminded of the Hollywood series Pirates Of The Caribbean. 

Going by Bachchan’s look and the warrior-like costume, with the turban and the sword, he appears like a determined and dangerous leader.

The video also reveals that Khudabaksh’s companion is an eagle. Interestingly, this takes us back to Manmohan Desai’s Coolie (1983), where an eagle played Bachchan’s trusted companion. 

Thugs Of Hindostan, also starring Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh, is speculated to be based on the thugs of the 19th century with Bachchan playing the leader. Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the film is all set to be released on 8 November.
