Actress Disha Patani was said to have quit a Yash Raj Films's project after being hassled by actor Hrithik Roshan. Reports claimed that the actor allegedly tried flirting with the actress, who is 18 years his junior, by messaging her and asking her out for a date. The film will also star Patani's rumoured boyfriend Tiger Shroff.
The actress had earlier penned a note denying the news and the DNA, a daily, also reported that Patani was never offered the film, that is to be helmed by Siddharth Anand.
The matter had died down until Shroff was asked about it recently during an event in Mumbai. The Baaghi 2 actor though was quick to dismiss it as a silly rumour.
“It's part and parcel. Not just Hrithik sir, every star faces that. Once in the limelight, you become an easy target. It was a very silly rumour. I know both of them very well, they are nothing like that. They are lovely human beings," Shroff told reporters.
Shroff also made it clear that he is not doing any film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and just had casual meeting with the filmmaker. He also rubbished news that he had demanded a 'no kissing' clause for his next film, Student Of The Year 2.
“It's just a rumour. If you've seen any of my films [you'd know]. Not that I have deliberately done it, but every one of my films has had a kiss. If the story demands, I don't have a problem. As actors, we have to be open to things,” Shroff said.
Student of The Year 2 was to be released in November this year, but with Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth’s long due 2.0 now hitting the screens on 29 November, Dharma Productions has pushed their film to next year.
