Nana Patekar refused to comment on the growing controversy over Tanushree Dutta's charge against him.

Accosted by reporters at Mumbai airport, Patekar simply stated, "I have spoken about this earlier as well. What is a lie is a lie."

The actor earlier evaded reporters at Jaisalmer airport as he arrived to board his flight back to Mumbai after shooting for Housefull 4. He was surrounded by journalists asking for his reaction on the growing controversy. However, on arrival in Mumbai, Patekar simply said the allegations are 'a lie' before getting into his car.

Patekar has been accused of sexually harassing Dutta on the sets of the film Horn Ok Pleassss (2009) back in 2008. The actress had filed a complaint with the Cine and Television Artistes' Association (CINTAA) and an FIR (first information report) with the police in 2009.

Patekar has sent a legal notice to Dutta, telling her to retract her statement and tender an apology. In an earlier statement to the Mirror Now news channel, Patekar said, "What does she mean by sexual harrassment? We are on the set and there are 50-100 people present."
