Even as the battle for #MeToo heats up, Tanushree Dutta's lawyer has revealed that in sending a notice to actress Tanushree Dutta, director Vivek Agnihotri has accidentally admittead his guilt.

In an interview with Mid-Day, advocate Nitin Satpute, Dutta's counsel said, "My client had not named Agnihotri during a press interview. But, Agnihotri has sent her a 10-page notice confessing that 'the director was none other than me'. He has confessed to his own crime."

The advocate added that Dutta will be filing an FIR against Agnihotri on the count of molestation at the Oshiwara police station.

Dutta had suggested that Agnihotri had asked her to 'strip' in order to give cues to Irrfan Khan on the sets of Chocolate (2009). The director had so far denied the allegation.

In addition to Agnihotri, Satpute also suggested that the actress was planning to take action against Rakhi Sawant. Sawant had, on Wednesday, called a press conference warning Dutta of dire consequences.

Sawant had replaced Dutta on the sets of Horn Ok Pleassss in 2009 after the latter had walked out complaining of harassment by Nana Patekar, Sami Siddiqui and Ganesh Acharya.

Dutta has already filed a complaint against Patekar, and the case is currently under investigation.
