The growing list of names in the film industry accused of sexual harassment keeps growing into the third week. Action director Sham Kaushal is the latest to be accused by a woman of making advances, and inappropriate behaviour during a shoot. The woman, named Nameeta Parekh, shared her experience on Twitter.

Describing an outdoor shoot, Parekh said Kaushal had invited her to 'have a glass of vodka' back in his room. When she refused, the action director simply pulled out his phone, and showed her a porn clip.

Stating how the industry lacked any 'redressal platforms', Parekh said that most people in the industry know the 'offenders', but few call them out.

Kaushal, in response, has tweeted out a generic apology. While he did not directly address the allegation, he wrote: "If I have unintentionally caused any hurt or anguish, I unconditionally apologise to the ladies, the production houses,& each and every member of the film fraternity".

The accusation is the latest in a long list of names which includes actors Nana Patekar and Alok Nath, author Chetan Bhagat, producer Bhushan Kumar, and directors Vikas Bahl and Subhash Kapoor.
