First look of Amitabh Bachchan in Syeraa Narashimha Reddy released on his 76th birthday

Surender Reddy's upcoming quadrilingual historical, Syeraa Narasimha Reddy, has a large star-studded cast featuring lead actor Chiranjeevi, along with artistes Sudeep, Nayanthara, Jagapati Babu, Vijay Sethupathi, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Brahmaji. The film is based on the life of Rayalaseema freedom fighter, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.

The film also has an important cameo from veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan, who is working with Chiranjeevi for the first time. He has previously acted in Telugu films Amrutha Varsham (2006) and Manam (2014) in special appearances.

The makers of Syeraa Narashimha Reddy released the look of Bachchan's character, Gosayi Venkanna, the guru of Narasimha Reddy, in a new motion poster in the honour of his 76th birthday.  

Bachchan had previously shared photos of him on the sets of the period film on his own Twitter account this March.

Syeraa Narasimha Reddy, which does not have a release date yet, will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
