The trailer of Shah Rukh Khan’s next film Zero (2018) was launched today at a grand ceremony in Mumbai. The occasion also doubled up as the actor’s 53rd birthday celebration.
As expected, the trailer went viral. Given the film's unusual title, Khan was asked if he ever felt like a loser in life. The actor answered by quoting from a conversation he had with fellow actor Aamir Khan, whom he met on Wednesday.
“I feel like a loser in everything," he said. "This is true. I am not lying. I was with my friend the day before yesterday. He is famous and I think he is one of the biggest actors of the country. I was with Aamir. He asked me, ‘Why are you like this, Shah, why do you think this way?'
“Then, while talking to him, I realized he also thinks this way [about himself]. So, he was not asking me out of surprise. He actually wanted an answer to know how to deal with it,” said SRK, as he is popularly known, laughing. “I can speak about him [this way] as he is a friend,” he added.
Directed by Aanand L Rai, Zero also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif.
