Rinku Rajguru's look in Kagar released; film will be out on 14 February 2019

After the stupendous success of Nagraj Popatrao Manjule’s Sairat (2016), Rinku Rajguru became an overnight star. There has been a keen excitement to watch her again on screen. The wait is long for her fans as her next film, Kagar will be released next year on Valentine’s Day (14 February 2019). So, the gap between both her films is close to three years as Sairat was released in April 2016.

The makers of Kagar have come up with the first official glimpse of Rajguru in the first poster. She played a simple, yet bold village girl in Sairat. In the Kagar poster, she is seen in a festive saree, adorned with jewellery and make-up. She seems to be standing behind a translucent curtain. The new image could help her leave behind the character Archi from Sairat, which is still fixed in the minds of people.

The rest of the cast of Kagar has been kept under wraps.

This is Mane’s second film after the highly acclaimed Ringan: The Quest (2017). Starring Shashank Shende and Sahil Joshi, the film was about a journey of a son who goes out to find his dead mother in the company of his father.
