The emotionally riveting trailer of Pihu, produced by RSVP and Roy Kapur Films, had left many with their hearts in their mouths.
Little Pihu (Myra Vishwakarma) is practically left alone in the house as her mother (played by Prerna Sharma) is seen lying unconscious on the bed. A new teaser suggests that she may have overdosed on sleeping or some other kind of pills.

While we don't see her actually consuming the pills, there is also a probability, that the woman has passed out or is dead due to choking. This speculation stems from Pihu asking her unconscious mother about her father. Worryingly, the child seems to have had a pill or two.
The new teaser only gives rise to more speculation.
Pihu is directed by journalist-turned-director Vinod Kapri.
