Kajol introduces superhero family in Incredibles 2 Hindi trailer

The long-awaited sequel to Disney Pixar's  Incredibles (2004) is due to be released in theatres on 22 June 2018. The critically acclaimed animated feature from director Brad Bird follows the adventures of the Parr family — father Bob, mother Helen and their children Violet, Dashiell and Jack-Jack. The Parrs are also known as the superheroes, Mr Incredible and Elastigirl.

Actress Kajol takes up the voice of Elastigirl in the Hindi version of Incredibles 2. Academy award-winner Holly Hunter voices Elastigirl in both films. In the first promotional video for the Hindi film, Kajol introduces the superhero family and gives the first listen to her as Elastigirl.

In the clip, Elastigirl checks in with her husband, Mr Incredible, who has been left in charge of the children as she's away on assignment. The harried husband has his hands full with homework, making dinners and taking care of an over-excited baby.

In 2004, Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan had given their voices for the characters in the original. The Hindi version was called Hum Hain Lajawab and Mr Incredible became Mr Lajawab. Aryan played his son Tez (Dashiell in the first film).
