Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas spend Memorial Day weekend together; spark dating rumours

Priyanka Chopra sent the gossip mills in the United States on overdrive after she was spotted attending a Dodgers' baseball game in Los Angeles with singer-songwriter Nick Jonas during the weekend. Rumour mills are now abuzz over news of the two dating, even as there has been no confirmation about it from either party.

Reports suggest that the couple first caught a show of the Beauty and the Beast Live In Concert at the Hollywood Bowl on 25 May.

Us Weekly, a magazine, quoted a source pointing out that the two entered just after the show began, and snuck out quickly before it finished. "They looked great together, but [there was] no hand-holding or obvious PDA," said the source.

The next day, the actress and Jonas were spotted at a game of baseball between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Philadelphia Phillies.

The actress even joined Jonas on a yacht ride with fellow celebrities Wilmer Valderrama, Chord Overstreet, as they spent some time in the sun. The picture features Chopra, in a sunny yellow jumpsuit, snuggling up to the singer. This definitely seems to have sped up the rumours about the two dating.

In fact, the Us Weekly report also quoted a source as saying, "They are dating and it’s brand new. It’s a good match and they are both interested in each other.”

Chopra was first spotted with Jonas at the Met Gala in New York last year. The appearance immediately sparked curiousity among the media, with host Jimmy Kimmel even asking the Quantico actress about their relationship. However, she dismissed them by saying it was coincidental.

"Yeah, we were on the same table and we already know each other. So he was like 'Hey, you wanna go together?' And I was like 'Yeah, okay, let's go together.' It ended up working out," she said.

Nick Jonas has previously dated actress Olivia Culpo, and has also been linked with actress Kate Hudson and model Georgia Fowler.
