Bidita Bag received a lot of praise for her performance in Babumoshai Bandookzbaaz (2017). The talented young woman has since bagged a role in the film T For Taj.
Now, Bag has bagged a project where she will be paired with Iqbal (2005) actor Shreyas Talpade. The untitled film will be directed by Amitabh Verma.

Speaking to Cinestaan.com, Bag said, “I’m really looking forward to this film. It has both comedy and drama. The film is set in Delhi. We will commence shooting in 15 days."
Bag was very excited to be working with Talpade. "Shreyas is someone I have admired from the time I saw him in Iqbal," she said. "As an actor, he is very spontaneous. He has a fine sense of humour. He shared his story of how he did theatre and moved into films. He made me feel comfortable on the first day. I am really looking forward to meeting him.”
Talpade was last seen on the big screen in Golmaal Again (2017).
