Amyra Dastur joins Rajkummar, Kangana's crazy band in Mental Hai Kya

Actress Amyra Dastur has joined the cast of Prakash Kovelamudi's psychological thriller, Mental Hai Kya. She was last seen with Saif Ali Khan in Cinestaan Film Company's Kaalakaandi (2018) and will reportedly play the love interest of actor Rajkummar Rao in the new film. 

Written by Kanika Dhillon, the film went on floors last week. Rao and actress Kangana Ranaut were spotted in distinct avatars for the film. While Rao was dressed casually, sporting a tattoo on his forearm, Ranaut appeared in a t-shirt with a black cat on it, marking out her quirky character in the film. 

For her part, Dastur has a very busy 2018 lined up as she has just completed shooting for Leena Yadav's Rajma Chawal. Dastur plays the love interest of Rishi Kapoor's son in the next film by the Parched (2015) director. 

In addition, she will also romance Ali Fazal in the Hindi remake of the Telugu hit, Prasthanam (2010). The film will also star Sanjay Dutt and is likely to begin shooting on 1 June, on the birth anniversary of Dutt's mother, Nargis Dutt.
