Goons trying to blackmail Rana Daggubati's brother Abhiram arrested

Abhiram Daggubati, son of producer Suresh Babu and younger brother of actor Rana Daggubati, was recently in the news after Telugu actress Sri Reddy accused him of sexual harassment.

According to telugu360.com, a news portal, Abhiram recently lost his phone at a retaurant and soon got a mail demanding Rs1.5 crore. A case was registered with the Cyberabad police who managed to nab the offenders.

Reportedly, the four accused, from west Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh, stole Abhiram's phone in order to blackmail him by threatening to leak personal pictures.

Abhiram’s image took a beating after Sri Reddy levelled sensational allegations against him. Reddy had backed up her claims with intimate pictures and chats records with him.
