Aisha Sharma to make film debut opposite John Abraham in Milap Zaveri's thriller

Milap Zaveri's new film has now got a new leading lady. The director has revealed that Aisha Sharma, sister of actress Neha Sharma, will make her debut opposite John Abraham in the yet untitled thriller. The film is being produced by Nikkhil Advani's Emmay Entertainment & Motion Pictures.

Tweeting the information on social media, John Abraham wrote, "Delighted to welcome @aishasharma25 to the team!! @zmilap @nikkhiladvani @tseries @bajpayeemanoj @emmayentertain."

Aisha started modelling four years ago, after completing her BTech in Delhi. In a quote to Mumbai Mirror, a tabloid, Aisha said that she auditioned for the film and was cast by casting director Jogi.

"They saw the tape and really liked it. I remember my first meeting with Nikkhil sir. I walked into his office, saw that he was in a meeting and went straight into the conference room as it was the only empty room. He later joked, ‘You stroll in and take over my office’, to which I retorted that he couldn’t bully a newbie."

John has already started shooting for the film, which will also have Manoj Bajpayee playing a key role. Aisha is expected to join the cast on 18 March, and is currently working on readings and workshops for the film.
