Priyanka Chopra 'had never seen' this family throwback picture

Actress Priyanka Chopra is digging through the nostalgia box having returned to India. The actress, who returned to the country earlier this week, put up a pciture of herself as a toddler in the arms of her parents. 

The Quantico actress wrote on the picture ' Major throwback. Mommy daddy and baby me.. I’d never seen this picture until now. The sketch behind us was made by my dad. Besides being a surgeon he was an extremely creative man. Digging the ‘stache dad!' 

While it is difficult to recognise the Quantico star from the picture, she certainly hasn't lost the moment to gush over her dad's talent. Dr Ashok Chopra, the actress's father, passed away in 2013 after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by wife, Madhu Chopra, son Siddharth, and Priyanka. 

This is not the first time the actress has shared an old family picture on her social media. She ocassionally puts up pictures from the past. The actress posted a picture from her parents' wedding on their anniversary last year. 

Currently, Priyanka is back in India after the rigorous shooting for her television series, Quantico in the United States. While it is not known if the actress will take up any Indian film soon, she does have multiple films on hand as producer.

Her production house, Purple Pebble Pictures is involved in the production of Jahnu Baruah's Assamese film, Bhoga Khirikee and Aruna Raje's Marathi film, Firebrand.
