Sushant Singh Rajput welcomes fans into his home for Where The Heart Is

If you've ever wondered how actor Sushant Singh Rajput relaxes while at home, the actor revealed his favourite things in his posh Mumbai home on the second season of Asian Paints Where The Heart Is. Singh's highrise flat is situated in a tony area of the island city and the actor revealed that he finalized the deal to buy it while he was off shooting for a film in Budapest.

First, Singh shows off his spacious living room which features the Latin phrase 'Cogito ergo sum' which means "I think, therefore I am". The actor calls it his 'time-travelling room' as there are many different elements which would seem out of place, but are artfully placed to their best advantage here. There are knight's helmets, an old obscure Hindi film poster, and lots of framed ancient pictures which have meaning for Singh.

The room's piece de resistance is a massive telescope, the Meade LX600, from which the actor stargazes out for planets and galaxies.

His study has a bookcase filled to the brim that takes up a whole wall. If you look closely, his acting trophies can be seen on one high bookshelf. A study table is in yellow, his favourite colour and he mentions how he can be often found here, reading. Singh's pet dog, a black Labrador named Fudge, also makes an appearance.

A miniature Maserati holds a place of prominence on a mantle. Singh informs viewers he got it when he was a child and bought the real deal as an adult.

Another room where he watches films via projection holds many odes to science. One wall has framed photographs of Singh's visit to The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in the US. "I always wanted to be an astronaut, then I talked myself into becoming a pilot, then an engineer and then I was confused so I thought let's be an actor and be everything," Singh explained.

At the end of the video, Singh also shared a few of his likes — from reading science fiction to watching world cinema.
