Katrina Kaif, Varun Dhawan join hands with Remo D'Souza for 'biggest' dance film

Actors Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif will team up together making for another unique pairing to hit the screens this year. The two actors are expected to join forces for Remo D'Souza's upcoming dance film. Produced by T-Series, the film is expected to have its first teaser released later today. 

D'Souza is currently working on the upcoming Salman Khan-starrer, Race 3. The director has already enjoyed success with Dhawan in his previous films, ABCD 2 (2015). 

Hindustan Times quoted the director as saying, "Right now we are all into ABCD 2. I am shooting something else, Varun is shooting something else and so as Shraddha. So once we three are free from our other commitments, we will make ABCD 3." 

Dhawan also told The Times of India, "It’s a huge achievement to work with Remo on what’s going to be India’s biggest dance film. I performed once in New York with Katrina and it was electric. She’s going to bring her ‘A’ game, so I need to get back in shape as well. Bhushan is not only a strong producer, but also contributes creatively, especially in the music department." 

It is not yet known if the film will be titled ABCD 3. 

Kaif is currently part of Aanand L Rai's Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. The actress also has Vijay Krishna Acharya's Thugs Of Hindostan awaiting to be released later this year. Dhawan is currently awaiting the release of Shoojit Sircar's October, in April. The actor also has Sui Dhaaga, alongside Sharma to shoot for.
