Composed by Jasleen Royal, 'Phir Kya Hai Gham' is an easy-breezy composition. Shilpa Rao's voice suits the rhythm and positive energy of the song perfectly.
The lyrics by Aditya Sharma and Neeraj Rajawat are simple and full of optimism — 'Haule haule sab hoga/ Phir kyu jhuke hausla/ Manzil layi khud hi bula/ Phir kya hai gham'.
The video depicts Rani Mukerji's character trying to overcome the challenges that arise in her personal and professional life, mainly due to the disorder — Tourette's syndrome.
Sachin and Supriya Pilgaonkar appear together as Mukerji's parents and, like always, it is a pleasure to see them as a couple on screen. Her brother, who seems very supportive of her, is also introduced.
It is the first time that the audience is getting a glimpse of the protagonist's family. The songs and the trailer released earlier focused on the difficulties Mukerji faced at school and her students.
Directed by Siddharth P Malhotra, Hichki will be released on 23 March.
