Abhishek Bachchan begins work on Manmarziyan

Abhishek Bachchan has joined the cast of Manmarziyan. The actor tweeted an image of him working on the script of Anurag Kashyap's film early on Thursday morning. 

'Almost time…#manmarziyan' wrote Bachchan on his mysterious tweet. 

The film has undergone multiple changes in its cast through the last year. After Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar walked away from the lead roles due to date issues, the part fell to Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu. Bachchan is now set to begin shooting with the cast later this month. 

The actor was last seen in Sajid-Farhad's Housefull 3 (2016) alongside Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh. The film went on to be a popular hit, earning over Rs100 crore in its lifetime. 

Manmarziyan will be presented by Aanand L Rai, marking his second collaboration with Kashyap post Mukkabaaz earlier this year.
