Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput buy new home in Worli

This September, the Kapoor family will grow from three to four. Actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput will likely bring in the newest member of their family in their new duplex in Worli they purchased this month. Kapoor currently resides in Juhu and will relocate his family from the suburbs to a new address closer to town. Their daughter, Misha, will turn two in August 2018.

Kapoor will join other actors Abhishek Bachchan and Akshay Kumar who already have duplex in the same Worli building, Three Sixty West. Bachchan purchased his flat in 2014 while Akshay Kumar bought his in 2015.

According to a report in the newspaper DNA, the duplex costs Rs55.60 crore and the actor paid Rs2.91 crore stamp duty for the registration. The Kapoor family will reside on the 42nd and 43rd floors of Tower B.  

Three Sixty West has two towers, one will have The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the second tower's luxury residences are managed by The Ritz-Carlton. The higher floor residences will have sea views and more privacy.

The 8,625 sq ft duplex has a balcony spanning 40.88 sq m and Kapoor will get six parking spots in the building.

When Kapoor makes the move, he will join other Hindi film celebrities who live in and around the area. His Padmaavat (2018) co-star Deepika Padukone resides in Prabhadevi on the 26th floor of Beaumonte building. Meanwhile, earlier this year, actress Anushka Sharma and her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, rented a sea-facing flat in Worli's Raheja Legend for Rs15 lakh a month.
