Priyanka Chopra shoots dance sequence with Liam Hemsworth, Rebel Wilson for Isn’t It Romantic

Actress Priyanka Chopra’s next Hollywood film will be hitting theatres on Valentine’s Day. The romantic comedy, directed by Todd Strauss-Schulson, stars Australian actress Rebel Wilson as Natalie, a young woman who finds herself in a middle of a rom-com and tries to escape. Actors Liam Hemsworth and Adam DeVine play Wilson's love interests.

Chopra plays Isabella, a yoga ambassador, in the film. The actress, dressed in a pink sleeveless dress, probably felt right at home as she and her cast mates filmed a dance scene right on the streets of New York City and matched steps to a cover of Madonna’s ‘Express Yourself’. The sequence was filmed at the corner of 40th Street and Park Avenue.

The last time Chopra danced onscreen was in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani (2015). The actress is known for her dance number in films like Don (2006), Dostana (2008) and Gunday (2014).

Wilson and Chopra both shared photographs of the last few days of filming on social media.

Chopra danced alongside Wilson and Hemsworth as seen by the photos shared by fans online. Her adorable dog Diana was also on set to cheer on her famous Mom.

Isn’t It Romantic has a perfect release date of 14 February 2019, but will face stiff competition in the US and at home. The latest film in the X-Men franchise, X-Men: Dark Phoenix, is due to be released on Valentine’s Day, while in India, Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt will be released.
