Sunny Deol’s next Bhaiaji Superhit will hit the screens on 19 October instead of 14 September.

The film will star actresses Preity Zinta and Ameesha Patel, actors Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Sanjai Mishra, Jaideep Ahlawat, Bijendra Kala and Mukul Dev.

The latest poster of the film is colourful and prominence to Deol, Warsi and Talpade, with the rest of the cast appearing in the background.

The film will see Deol essaying a double role for the first time in his 34-year-old career. Out of the two, one will be a gangster who is eager to become a movie star. The makers have only revealed one character in the posters released so far.

As per an earlier official statement by the makers, “Bhaiaji Superhit is a very funny, hilarious, colourful and larger-than-life yet emotional film. It showcases the coming together of two vastly different worlds of Bollywood [Hindi cinema] and UP underworld.”

This is Neeraj Pathak’s next film after Right Yaaa Wrong (2010), which starred Deol and Irrfan Khan. He started off as a writer and has films like Subhash Ghai’s Pardes (1997) and Anil Sharma’s Apne, the first film to feature the three Deols — Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby — together, to his credit.

Bhaiaji Superhit has been in the making for quite some time now. After being announced in 2011, the film went on floors in 2013 and then faced quite a few delays.
