Zeenat Aman files molestation, stalking case against Mumbai businessman

Veteran actress Zeenat Aman filed a complaint for molestation and stalking against a Mumbai based businessman, Amar Khanna, on 29 January under sections 354 D (stalking) and 509 (insulting modesty of a woman).
According to the police, Khanna and Aman had been friends for years, but the two stopped talking to eachother after a fallout. The businessman reportedly continued sending messages and videos to the actress. She decided to file a complaint after he allegedly misbehaved with the security guards at Aman’s apartment.
The police have initiated an investigation but the accused is currently absconding.
Aman was a well-known star in her heydays in the 1970s. She is known for starring in popular and successful films like Hare Rama Hare Krishna (1971), Yaadon Ki Baaraat (1973), Roti Kapada Aur Makaan (1974), Satyam Shivam Sundaram (1978), Don (1978), Qurbani (1980), among others. Currently, she is seen in a web series, titled Love, Life And Screw Ups.
