The group of actors frequently appeared in each other’s films as friends and/or antagonists during the 1970s up until the 1990s when the number of films they acted in dwindled. Therefore, their reunion is more special, especially for Hindi film fans who haven’t seen them together in a while.
Rishi Kapoor and Danny Denzongpa are still active in the film industry. Kapoor has three films due to be released in 2018 – Mulk, 102 Not Out and Rajma Chawal. Denzongpa will next be seen in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, with Kangana Ranaut.
Prem Chopra has reduced the number films he takes up while Paintal can be seen on television. Jeetendra’s last film was Ho Jaata Hai Pyaar (2005). He had a special appearance in Varun Dhawan’s Main Tera Hero (2014).
