Actor Soundararaja to marry Tamanna, an entrepreneur, on 25 May


The wedding is to take place in the actor's residence in Usilampatti, amidst family, friends and celebrities from the film industry.

Soundararaja, who made his debut as an actor in the Tamil film industry with the blockbuster Sundarapandian (2012), is to wed Tamanna, an entrepreneur and CEO of Green Apple Media Entertainment, on 25 May this year.

The actor has made a name for himself in the Tamil film industry with his performances in films like Varuthapadaatha Vaalibar Sangam (2013), Jigarthanda (2016), Dharma Durai (2016), Oru Kanavu Pola (2017) and Thiruttu Payale 2 (2017).

Soundararaja, who is currently working on films like Silukkuvarupatti Singam and Kadaikutty Singam, is known for his philathropic activities. In particular, the man has been associated with programmes promoting plantation of more trees and at the eradication of Karuvelam trees, known to deplete ground water sources.

The two were recently engaged in a grand function. The wedding, sources say, will be held in Usilampatti amidst family, friends and celebrities from the film industry.
