TV actress Mrunal Thakur joins Hrithik Roshan in Super 30

A picture of TV actress Mrunal Thakur shooting with Hrithik Roshan has gone viral on social media. Thakur, who has acted in popular soap opera Kumkum Bhagya, has been paired with Hrithik in Vikas Bahl's Super 30.

Thakur is a popular name in the TV circuit, but she also made her film debut with the Marathi film Vitti Dandu (2014). Thakur is also playing the titular role in the upcoming film Love Sonia that is slated to be released this year. Love Sonia will be her debut Hindi film. Interestingly, the film also stars Hollywood actress star Demi Moore.

Super 30 is a biopic on Indian mathematician Anand Kumar, who was hailed for creating the Super 30 programme, through which he coached children from economically poor backgrounds to prepare them for the tough entrance exam for Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).  

Directed by Bahl, Super 30 will be released on 2 October 2019.
