Honeymoon song: 'Tui Amake Agle Rakh' sets the mood for love

After the success of the title track, cinematographer Purnendu Bikash Chaki’s directorial debut Honeymoon is getting a huge response for its romantic number ‘Tui Amake Agle Rakh’.

Composed by Savvy, the song features protagonists Soham Chakraborty and Subhasree Ganguly romancing in serene locations in Thailand, one of the preferred destinations for a honeymoon these days.

Raj Burman, Madhubanti Bagchi and Savvy’s soulful rendition of Dipangshu Acharya’s lyrics which convey the first pronouncements of love along with promises made to each other have already reached over 5,50,000 viewers since its release.

Honeymoon, a romantic comedy based on noted Bengali author Samaresh Basu’s novel, is also going to be veteran actor Ranjit Mullick’s comeback film.

Mullick and character actor Rudranil Ghosh are going to bring out the twists as the newlywed couple (Chakraborty and Ganguly) embark on their honeymoon in the film.

The release of the song right before Valentine’s Day has added to its popularity. And though the filmmakers have not yet announced a release date for Honeymoon, the successful on-screen pair of Chakraborty and Ganguly, Mullick’s comeback and Savvy’s score have already generated high expectation among audiences.
