TV anchor Rakshan to play Dulquer's friend in Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal

Popular TV anchor Rakshan will act in upcoming Tamil feature film, Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal, featuring Dulquer Salmaan and Ritu Verma in the lead.

Rakshan shot to fame after he anchored a popular reality show called Kalakka Povadhu Yaaru (Season 5) on Vijay TV channel. The 25-year-old has also been acting in some serials. 

Dulquer Salman posted a video on his Facebook page in which he made the announcement that Rakshan would be a part of the project. 

In the video, Dulquer, standing next to Rakshan, is seen saying, "I want to take this opportunity to introduce a very special character in Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal, who is playing my best friend. The character's name is Kallis. It is played by our very own Rakshan."

Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal will be directed by Desingh Periyasamy. The film has music by D Imman and cinematography by KM Bhaskaran.
