Thugs Of Hindostan climax to be shot in Rajasthan, film will be completed in March: Aamir

The actor is not happy with how his images from the shoot have been leaked.

Vijay Krishna Acharya’s Thugs Of Hindostan is among the most awaited films of the year. It brings together actors Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan for the first time on screen. The film has been in production for some time and is finally nearing completion.

While talking to a group of reporters, Khan shared news about the progress of the film. “I am going abroad for a few days. Once I am back, we will resume shooting the climax in Rajasthan. The film will be completed by March-end,” he said.

Quite a few big-budget films have been shot in Rajasthan in recent times, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s recently released Padmaavat (2018) and the Kangana Ranaut-starrer Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, which will be released on 3 August.

Pictures from the Thugs Of Hindostan shoot, including Khan's look, have been leaked over the past year. “Ideally, the pictures should not have been leaked,” said Khan, expressing his unhappiness.

But he also said his actual look from the film is not out yet. “My look is still kept under wraps. Of course, I am wearing the earrings and the nose ring, but my hair is quite long in the film and that will be out with the poster,” he said.

Thugs Of Hindostan also stars Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The film will be released on 7 November during this year’s Diwali.
