Daas Dev poster: Vipin Sharma, Anurag Kashyap loom large in Sudhir Mishra's modern romantic tragedy

After a long delay, Sudhir Mishra's DaasDev is finally ready. The first poster of the film captures an intriguing posse of actors looming large from the background on characters played by Rahul Bhat, Aditi Rao Hydari and Richa Chadha.

The film, a reverse take on Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's iconic Devdas, stars Bhat as the protagonist, Chadha as Paro and Hydari as Chandramukhi. 

However, it is the background that really takes the attention. Built in the form of the famous Mount Rushmore in the United States of America, the profile captures veteran actor Saurabh Shukla in a bearded avatar at the head and Vipin Sharma, alongside the Mukkabaaz (2017) duo of Vineet Singh and Anurag Kashyap.

The film is set to be released on 9 March, after being postponed from the earlier 2 March release date. The film will now clash with Hate Story 4 and Pulkit Samrat-starrer, Veerey Ki Wedding.
