Rishi Kapoor floored by Priya Prakash Varrier, predicts ‘huge stardom’ for her

The name Priya Prakash Varrier has taken the Indian internet by storm since last week. Who would have expected that a clip of a few seconds where an unknown debutant is winking would spread like wild fire?

But as it turns out, the 18-year-old has overtaken Sunny Leone as the most searched Indian celebrity and has already bagged a couple of endorsement deals.

With such popularity, it is obvious to speculate about her entry into the Hindi film industry. Only time will tell if that will happen. But she has already managed to impress veteran Hindi film actor, Rishi Kapoor.

Kapoor aka Chintu took to Twitter last evening and showered enormous praises on Varrier. He even jokingly lamented the fact that she wasn’t born during his time.

While sharing her famous winking image, he said, “I predict huge Stardom for this girl. Priya Warrier. So expressive, coy coquettish yet innocent. My dear Priya, you going to give all others in your age group a run for their money. God Bless and the best to you! Mere time mein naheen ayeen aap! Kyon? Lol.”
