A month ago, we had reported that actor Tiger Shroff has bought a plush apartment in Khar, Mumbai. The Baaghi 2 (2018) actor has now confirmed buying his 'dream house' — three plush apartments in Rustomjee Paramount.

“I've been looking for a home of my own for sometime now. It's been a real pleasure to finally find everything I was looking for in my dream home here. The design and architecture aside, it has great security features and affords privacy to residents which is a high priority for me. Rustomjee [Group] allows one the freedom of personal space while at the same time providing the opportunity to be around people who share a common mindset in life,” Shroff said in a statement.

According to a source, Shroff had booked the property when it was under construction. The three flats that Shroff has booked are E-2201, E-2202 and D-901. Actor John Abraham’s brother Alan is said to have designed the interiors for Shroff.

Rustomjee Group is owned by real estate tycoon Boman Rustom Irani, who is also married to actress Perizaad Zorabian. According to the official website of Rustomjee Paramount, three and four BHK apartments are on sale at a starting price of Rs7.63 crore. The property includes amenities like a business centre, gymnasium, indoor games, pool and sky lounge.

Shroff has had a good year after his last film Baaghi 2 crossed over Rs160 crore nett at the domestic box office. The actor has also signed a couple of big projects. Shroff will share the big screen with his idol Hrithik Roshan in the yet untitled Yash Raj Films project. He will also expected to wrap up the shoot of Dharma Productions’ Student Of The Year 2 soon.
