Ashok Saraf to play love guru in Hrudayat Something Something

Veteran actor Ashok Saraf took audiences on a nostalgia tour in his last film Shentimental (2017).

His next is also a hard-core entertainer, titled Hrudayat Something Something.

Interestingly, Saraf will be playing the role of a love guru for the first time. 

Directed by Pravin Raja Karale, the film also stars Aniket Vishwasrao, Sneha Chavan, Priyanka Yadav and Bhushan Kadu. 

Speaking about Saraf’s character, producer Vinodkumar Jain said in a statement, “Ashok Saraf is known as the king of comedy. And since almost three decades, we have also seen his romantic avatar. So, we feel the audience would appreciate the guru of both love and comedy as love guru in our mad comedy film.”

Karale claimed that the tips given by Saraf’s character in the film are to watch out for. “Ashok mama is known for his comic timing. It would be very entertaining to hear love tips from him as love guru in this mad family comedy,” he said. 

Saraf has acted in more than 200 films in a career spanning close to 50 years. 

This is Karale’s fourth film after Maan Sanman (2009), Bhairu Pehlwan Ki Jai Ho (2010) and Duniya Gei Tel Lavat (2016).
