Director Raj Kumar Gupta’s India's Mosted Wanted starring Arjun Kapoor goes on the floors

After a successful return to form with Raid (2018), director Raj Kumar Gupta has begun the journey for his next, India’s Most Wanted. The film, starring Arjun Kapoor, has gone on the floors today.

India’s Most Wanted is Kapoor's 12th film, and his first film with Gupta.

Kapoor posted that the start of a new film was like a mission.

Director Gupta has been tight-lipped about the project. In May this year, he had hinted at what it might be.

Buzz has it that the film is based on intelligence officers, and Kapoor is playing one of them. According to a report in entertainment website KoiMoi.com, a few portions of the film will be shot in Nepal.

And it looks like Gupta and Kapoor have already grown fond of each other. Two days ago, Kapoor tweeted this picture with a ‘Joker’ (popular comic book character from DC Comics’ Batman series) suggesting that he’s going to don a new look for India’s Most Wanted.

Gupta asked Kapoor to bring the Joker on set.

India’s Most Wanted is co-produced by Gupta’s Raapchik Films and Fox Star Studios. It will be released on 24 May 2019.
