Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu is the latest celebrity to get a place in the prestigious Madame Tussauds Museum in London. A wax statue of the actor is well on its way.
Unlike a lot of celebrities, the statue of Mahesh Babu will not be based on any of his characters. “Owing to Mahesh Babu's superstardom across the globe, Madame Tussauds is creating a replica of Mahesh Babu the actor, the phenomenon, and not any of his iconic characters. The superstar personally met the officials of Madame Tussauds and thanked the team of artists for their attention to detail,” said an official statement.
Mahesh Babu is not only delighted to get a statue installed at Madame Tussauds, but is also impressed by the artists working over there. “Super happy to be a part of the prestigious Madame Tussauds :) :) Thanks to the team of artists for their attention to detail. Incredible!” he said on his official Twitter page.
