Actress Priyanka Chopra might need to get her best fashion ready for some royal inspection. The actress has confirmed that she will be on the guest list for close friend, actress Meghan Markle's wedding with Prince Harry.

Ever since Markle and Prince Harry's engagement, the actress has been bombarded with questions of whether she would be attending. Good sense prevailing, Chopra had consistently chosen to play coy. However, with the wedding date nearing, the confirmation has finally arrived. Speaking to PureWow.com, the actress confirmed that she will be a part of her best friend's special day.

"I’m just really happy and excited to be sharing her big day with her. I’m just super happy about it," Chopra said. The actress wrote a touching article on her friend, Markle, after she was listed on the Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People of the Year. "I just think that what has happened with Meghan and her just falling in love with the guy of her dreams has sort of changed the world from being a little cynical to being a little soft. Like I said in Time, her wedding is making us believe in fairy tales," she said.

Chopra is close friends with Markle, since she met her at a television dinner in 2015. The two actresses have since then bonded by spending vacations and dining together. In her Time article, Chopra wrote, "Somewhere among biryani, poutine and endless conversations, I realized just how deeply Meghan Markle cares for the world."

Markle is set to marry Prince Harry, the youngest son of Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales and the late Lady Diana, Princess of Wales. The couple announced their engagement on 27 November 2017, and are set to walk down the aisle on 19 May 2018.

UK news tabloid, Daily Mirror, revealed that the guest list includes the who's who, from tennis superstar Serena Williams, football royalty David Beckham and his wife, pop icon Victoria Beckham, actor George Clooney and his human rights lawyer wife, Amal Clooney.

The royal family is also expected to be in full attendance, with the Queen, Prince Charles, and Prince Harry's elder brother, William in attendance with wife, Kate Middleton.
