Not so long ago, Salman Khan made his debut as a lyricist in his upcoming thriller Race 3. As per the makers, they were searching for a good romantic song when the actor revealed that he had already written one. It was sung by Atif Aslam and Iulia Vantur.

But it seems Khan is not happy with just one. He has now written another song for the film and this time, he sings it too.

A source close to the film said, “After the first song turned out really well and received a thumbs-up from the entire team, Salman decided to contribute another track for the film. It was a last-minute addition and he recorded it at composer Vishal Mishra’s studio. The soundtrack was ready and the team couldn’t say ‘no’ when Salman offered to give playback to the new song [sic].”

The song, along with a few other scenes will be shot in picturesque locations of Leh, Ladakh. “It will be a week-long schedule and the unit has grand plans for the outdoor shoot. The song will be choreographed by Remo D'Souza,” added the source.

Khan has previously sung songs like ‘Chaandi Ki Daal Par,’ ‘Hangover’ and ‘Main Hoon Hero Tera’ from Hello Brother (1999), Kick (2014) and Hero (2015), respectively.

Directed by Remo D'Souza, Race 3 is will be released on 15 June during the festival of Eid.
