Salman Khan is known for encouraging new talent, but seldom have we seen him post a job requirement. The actor posted a video and a couple of tweets listing the need of a female lead for the next Salman Khan Films venture. All one needs to do is submit a profile on the Being In Touch mobile application.

“All of you are very talented but don’t get an opportunity. How does that talent come out in the open?” Khan says in the video and urges everyone to download the mobile application, submit their profiles, and upload a video link.
Casting director Mukesh Chhabra, known for his work on films like Gangs Of Wasseypur, and his team will be scouting for the best from among the entries.

Salman Khan's last production was Tubelight (2017) in which he himself played the titular role, but the film did not light up the box office. He is now said to be keen to launch his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. There were murmurs that TV actress Mouni Roy was being considered for the lead role, but nothing has been finalized. It is also not known if Khan is looking for a female lead opposite Sharma.
