The upcoming film, BA Pass 2, might have a fight on its hands with reference to its title. The film, being promoted as the sequel to the critically acclaimed BA Pass (2013), has irked director Ajay Bahl.
In a tweet, Bahl wrote: 'I as director/producer hv nothing 2 do wt Ba Pass2 wrongly being exploited as sequel to BA PASS @vajir @AChowksey @mayankw14 @KomalNahta'

BA Pass (2013), based on the short story The Railway Aunty by Mohan Sikka, was critically acclaimed on its release. It won the Best Film award at the 2012 Osian Cinefan Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema. The film's lead actress, Shilpa Shukla, also won the 2014 Filmfare award for Best Actress (Critics).
The reported sequel, BA Pass 2, does not have Bahl participating in any form. However, the film does have the same producer, Narendra Singh.
The trailer of the film, which came out on 31 August, features Kritika Sachdeva, Indraneil Sengupta, Vinod Khushwaha and Praveen Arora. The film is written and directed by Shadab Khan.
The date of the film's release has not yet been revealed.
