Vidya Balan's return in Tumhari Sulu is generating some excitement ever since its announcement. The makers of the film released another poster showing a glimpse of the protagonist's dreamy self.
The poster features Vidya, standing in front of an open window, day dreaming. The bright colours of the poster, and the carefree, dreamy image that it promotes adds to the entire buzz about the film. A key element in the film's promotions so far have been the appliances that have surrounded Sulu. Again, the poster has a tiny Easter egg in the form of a pressure cooker beside the feet of the protagonist. The cooker also has a 2nd prize ribbon tied to it, raising questions if Sulu is participating in a contest.

The film features Vidya playing Sulochana aka Sulu, an ordinary housewife who turns into a radio jockey. The makers also released a short video of the actress making a request to watch her poster and the film that follows. The sweet video features an innocent looking Balan making the request and ending it with a 'pakka promise?'

The first poster of the film was released on 5 September. Again, it featured the actress carrying a boatload of hampers that hid her face, and a grocery bag. But the key element was the hashtag beside the poster that read #MainKarSaktiHai.
