Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are the new generation’s favourite on-screen pair. The two have starred together in films like Student Of The Year (2012), Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (2014) and Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017).
All three films have been produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Now, the two are all set to return as a pair again with the same production house.
However, this is not for a movie, but for an advertisement for Dharma’s advertisement wing called Dharma 2.0. Dhawan and Bhatt shot for the ad recently and the pictures of the same where shared by Dhawan and Dharma Productions on their official Instagram pages.
The two actors are playing young lovers. Dhawan is seen in a cowboy attire, while Bhatt looks ravishing in a red gown in a beautiful set.
The ad is directed by Punit Malhotra who has so far directed I Hate Luv Storys (2010) and Gori Tere Pyaar Mein! (2013) — both with Johar’s banner.
Dhawan is currently riding high on the good collections of his latest release Judwaa 2, which is directed by his father David. Bhatt will next be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi. She is paired opposite Vicky Kaushal in the film.
