There is good news for fans of Kamal Haasan. The actor-filmmaker, who has made it clear that he will be launching his own political party, today gave out details of his eagerly awaited Vishwaroopam 2.
Kamal Haasan took to Twitter to post pictures of the final phase of shooting at the Officers Training Academy in Chennai. He tweeted, 'Shooting for Vishwaroopam 2 and Hindi Vishwaroop 2. Last stint. Exciting. OTA Chennai makes the nation and me proud. The only academy that trains lady officers in India. I salute the ladies and especially my most favourite lady... India. Maa tujhe salaam.'

It may be recalled that Kamal Haasan had announced that he had shot 40% of the second film while shooting the first part itself. He then completed shooting a major chunk of Vishwaroopam 2. The film was almost ready for release. However, Aascar Ravichandran, to whom Kamal Haasan had sold the rights of the sequel, was unable to release the film owing to financial difficulties.
After waiting for a while, the actor-filmmaker announced earlier this year that he was buying his film back so that he could release it himself.
