Sunny Leone's sensuousness has never been in doubt, but the actress has left little to the imagination with her latest photoshoot for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, or PETA, as her musician husband, Daniel Weber, joins her in a steaming campaign.
With the tagline 'Ink, Not Mink! Be comfortable in your own skin and let animals keep theirs', the couple show off their best features effortlessly. While Weber's tattoos stand out in the grayscale photoshoot done by ace photographer Subi Samuel, it is Leone's sharp heels that remain the most noticeable accessory.
A staunch vegan, Sunny Leone has campaigned for PETA in the buff before. She set the internet on fire with her last campaign for the animal welfare organization in June. Leone had posed nude on a bed of chillies, evoking memories of the 1999 film, American Beauty.
The actress has often campaigned for and promoted the use of vegetarian and vegan substitutes and holds the cause close to her heart.
Explaining her reasons for the shoot, Leone said, "We live in a world with such amazing advances in vegan materials and options for everyone. There is no reason for anyone to support cruelty in any form. Synthetic leather, mock croc, and even faux fur are some of the many great options."
Weber added, "We need to be a voice for animals and make sure we understand that without them, there is no us. We must co-exist and learn to respect."
The actress was honoured as PETA Person of The Year in 2016, and looks to be the frontrunner this year as well. Leone will next be seen in Tera Intezaar alongside Arbaaz Khan. The film will be released on 1 December.
