Any guesses how much Salman Khan paid for the rights of Bharat's title?

Salman Khan has locked Eid 2019 for his next film Bharat, to be produced by his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.

Apparently, it was Sajid Nadiadwala who held the rights to the title. Want to know how much Khan paid to get the rights to the title? 

Nadiadwala gave the title free of cost. 

When Khan called up Nadiadwala for the title, the filmmaker happily gave it away. "Sajid understood the need of the script and agreed to grant the title," the film's publicist said in a statement.

Nadiadwala and Khan are close friends and have collaborated for a host of films most notably, Judwaa (1997), Kick (2014), Jeet (1996), and Jaan-E-Mann (2006).

Bharat is an official adaptation of a Korean film, An Ode To My Father (2014), which depicted modern Korean history from the 1950s to the present day through the life of an ordinary man. The film was identified as potential content for the Indian audience following its screening at the Berlin Film Festival, which was attended by Agnihotri.

Speaking of Bharat, Agnihotri said, "It's the journey of a country and also a person, both of whom go by the name of Bharat."
