Vidyut Jammwal’s Junglee to be released on 19 October 2018

Action star Vidyut Jammwal’s next, Junglee, is due to be released on 19 October 2018. Directed by Chuck Russell, the film will reportedly be shot in an elephant reserve. Russell is known for directing Hollywood hits such as, The Mask (1994) and The Scorpion King (2002). Junglee is Russell’s first project in India. 

The producers of the film, Junglee Pictures, made the release announcement on Twitter. 

Earlier, director Rohan Sippy was attached to the project, but was replaced by Russell with an announcement in July 2017. Junglee will star Jammwal as a veterinarian, who turns into an animal activist for his elephant friends.
