Actor Dhanush and producers Wunderbar Films released the first poster of the newly titled film, Kaala Karikaalan on Twitter.

The title of Superstar Rajinikanth's next film after 2.0 is finally out. Actor Dhanush, whose Wunderbar Films is producing the film, announced that the film had been titled Kaala Karikaalan on Twitter this morning.

Directed by Pa Ranjith, the film, referred to till date as Thalaivar164, has music by Santosh Narayanan and cinematography by Murali. The film's editing will be done by Sreekar Prasad. So far, only Huma Qureshi has been confirmed alongwith Rajinikanth in the film.
Set in Mumbai, the film will go on floors in a couple of days.
While the poster released earlier today, producer Dhanush announced that the first look of the film will follow at 6 pm. The actor wrote on his Twitter account saying, '#kaala first look today evening at 6 pm. #makewayfortheking.'

Rumours doing the rounds in the industry is that the film will be a gangster flick. The film is directed by Pa Ranjith and produced by Wunderbar Films.
